In South Korea where protesting in the streets is commonly seen as the only way to have your voice heard, it's not surprising that the scandals revolving Park Geun-Hye, the country's former president have brought out millions of people to protest in the streets. What is surprising is that the mass protests gave life to legal proceedings eventually leading to the impeachment, removal from office, and imprisonment of the former president. South Korea showed the world through a democratic movement, how to remove a president.
